Refund Policy

At VeloCar Auto Group, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable and affordable rental vehicles. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while also protecting our business operations.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • 24 Hours Before Pickup: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a credit toward a future rental.

  • No-Show: If a customer does not show up for their reservation without notice, the rental fee is non-refundable.

Early Returns

  • If a vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled drop-off date, no refunds will be issued for unused rental days.

​

 

Vehicle Issues

 

 

  • If a vehicle experiences a mechanical issue not caused by the renter, we will provide a replacement vehicle when possible.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a pro-rated refund for the unused rental period will be issued.

Deposits

 

 

  • Security deposits are refundable if the vehicle is returned on time, in the same condition as rented, and with the correct fuel level.

  • Deductions may be made for damages, late returns, excessive cleaning fees, or violations of the rental agreement.
