1.  Rental Requirements

• Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

• A valid credit or debit card is required for payment and security deposit.

• We also accept ZELLE, CASHAPP, & Apple Pay.

• The vehicle must remain in the state of Georgia at all times.

• No smoking permitted in the vehicles (if evidence of such is discovered, a cleaning fee and refusal to rent to the customer again may apply.)

2. Rental Period/Mileage

​

• Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis.

• Rentals are available on a daily (2 day minimum), weekly, monthly, or long term  basis.

• Late returns will incur additional charges. A grace period of 1 hour may be allowed at company discretion.

• Extensions must be approved in advance and may require additional payment.

• All of our vehicles come with unlimited mileage included.

• Child or booster seats may be available upon request.

• Local vehicle drop off  within 25 miles may be available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Payments & Deposits

 

• Full rental payment and a refundable security deposit are due at the time of pick-up.

• Deposits are returned within 24-48 hours after the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.

• The renter authorizes VeloCar Auto Group to charge their card for rental fees, towing fees, late fees, fuel, tolls, tickets, or damages.

4. Use of Vehicle​

​

• Vehicles may not be used:

   

  • For illegal purposes

  • To transport hazardous materials

  • By anyone not listed as an authorized driver.

• NOT Permitted:

​

• • Drugs or alcohol are not permitted in the vehicles at any time.

  • Drivers may not drive our vehicles while impaired or under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

  • Distracted driving. Please stay aware, alert, and awake.​

• Parking:

​

• • Vehicles should only be parked in designated, authorized, and safe parking areas.

  • If our vehicles get towed due to improper parking or other reasons, the renter will incur fees associated with towing/storing the vehicle.

5. Insurance & Liability

​

• Insurance is included on all of our vehicles.

• In the event of an accident, renter is responsible for any deductibles, damages, or loss of use charges not covered by insurance.

• VeloCar Auto Group is not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle.

6. Condition of Vehicle

​

• Vehicles will be inspected at pick-up and return.

• Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition (excluding normal wear and tear).

• Cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt, spills, pet hair or human or animal waste or bodily fluids.

7. Breakdowns & Accidents

​

• In case of a breakdown, renter must immediately contact VeloCar Auto Group.

• In case of an accident, renter must:

   

  • Notify law enforcement and obtain a police report

  • Inform VeloCar Auto Group within 24 hours

  • Provide insurance information of all parties involved

8. Termination of Agreement

​

• VeloCar Auto Group reserves the right to terminate rentals if vehicles are misused, payments fail, or terms are violated.

• In such cases, the renter forfeits all rental fees and may be responsible for damages or recovery costs.

9. Governing Law

​

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Gwinnett County, GA.
